It's Friday. Our fridge has stopped working. The earliest an F&P technician can attend is next Wednesday. What a joke. So tried to speak to someone senior. Forget it. Too worried about their bottom line to speak to customers. Why would I EVER buy another F&P appliance?
Doesn’t even deserve a star. Been over 2 weeks and the same thing. Going back and forth. Does no one put down notes for the next person. Annoying!
Very poor customer service from Fisher & Paykel service technician, he was extremely rude and doesn't know their products. Had to pay $110 callout fee for nothing, and don’t get me started with their crappie products.
