Awesome customer service. Russ went above and beyond and met all my needs. We ended up getting the item delivered I was meant to pick up he put it on the courier the same day and the item was received promptly the next day. I highly recommend Fishcity Hamilton to all. Very helpful and friendly - Gordon sorted my issue with a fish finder that I had not brought from this store and other stores could not help. So yes when need an upgrade I will be purchasing from Fish City as they not only sell stuff but know their stuff! , sadly not many shops are like this anymore, so good to see these guys are the true deal. highly recommend Fish City

Dont get me wrong, I'm sure they have a great team with more experience then you would need how ever, my experience has been a bitter poor one. Booked boat in under a service option, but only for 2 x issues. Both electrical problems to be sorted in total. I get a phone call to say my motor needs a service, carburetors cleaned ect cost$800 and they looked into 1 x of the issues I requested to be sorted but said they couldn't find the problem so they need to look internally and to sort both the service + 2 x electrical issues I'm looking at $1000 all up!!!!! So to pick up my boat without electrical issues sorted. charging me $172 for looking into the motor and inspecting it. When I did not ask for that. I understand the labour cost of these things, how ever I shouldn't be charged for work I did not require or requested!!!!!! 1/10 for my personal experience
Ordered for the first time from fish city and the shipping was quick as it's the holidays but got the wrong reel.spoke to the shop and was sent in the same day the order again so no complaints.hopefully will get the right reel this time but as we all human mistakes do happen but at list they make you feel you have who to talk to and fix it quickly.thank you fishcity and will order more soon definitely.thank you.
Very good service as usual. The Stoney Creek Stowit jacket arrived the following morning, and with the discount and loyalty points, it was very good value.
Ordered online and delivered to Auckland the next day, nicely packaged. Website is easy to use and great communication throughout the buying process. I like the Loyalty Reward program. It would be good if the Shimano Rods had more pictures for reference, as the rod handle on my Backbone was different to my last rod Same SKU number from another retailer
