Story

What drives us is our passion for business and our ambition to support business owners and their teams to be the best at what they do. We believe that anything’s possible with a growth mindset.

We are the only Business Growth Centre with programmes and professional coaches available across the wider Bay of Plenty covering leadership, sales, governance, marketing and business coaching.

We work with business owners and their teams in Rotorua, Tauranga, Kawerau, Whakatane and Taupo to:

* Strengthen their leadership and culture
* Develop local or national marketing strategies and implementation
* Build good governance
* Embed a sales culture
* Or build exceptional business capability.

At the 2015 BNZ Great Lake Taupo Business Awards, Firestation clients won five of the seven categories including Business of the Year.

Another client has won the national 2015 Laser Plumbing Franchise of the Year, and we have two other clients currently finalists in two different national design awards and a NZ Law Awards finalist.

This year we will coach more than 120 business owners across the beautiful Bay of Plenty.
