Very cool. Much bigger than the entrance suggests. If you're into this sort of thing my wife definitely isn't then you'll be impressed especially given the small dedicated team pulling it together. One of the guys is restoring a rare Model T race car.
Amazing little place, off on the industrial area of Te Anau. Fantastic collection of vintage machinery and tools, plenty of vintage car, motorcycles and tractors. Very interesting place to visit for cheap! Can even visit the old Te Anau school house and a blacksmiths forge
Great place to visit friendly staff
Super interesting place with all sorts of old machinery and tools taken care of by old entusiats it seemed. Also you can se the old 1938 school. Entrance fee is a modest $5 donation pp. Definetaly a stop worth e.g. on the way to Milford Sound. They have toilets.
