Probably the best facial I've ever had. A consultation form was sent via text when I booked online, so they had my details/ concerns/ health info in advance.nnThe bed was set up with a pillow for under the knees - which was very appreciated. I usually end up just bending my knees up halfway through any treatment.nnThe facial and massage were lovely and relaxing. My face definitely feels and looks less puffy and red - not magically perfect, but a noticeable, realistic improvement. Will definitely be rebooking
