Good experience with the service department in two recent visits. Really professional team. Dropped the bike back on my doorstep for free. Didn't make fun of a noob for putting the wrong fuel in his bike. Was very happy with the service.
Purchased a bike online unseen and had it shipped to Auckland. I would like to compliment Seb and the team for their great customer service.
Pretty average service department, was quoted a job at 15-20mins and was charged almost double of what I was quoted. Also was left waiting for nearly 1.5 hours. When raised, was met with a ride response. Will definitely be going somewhere else. The work completed was correct and clean.
Visiting from north island and needed some bike gear so my daughter could come on the back, these guys had the gear and rented at a reasonable rate. Thanks to Filco we had a great day out.
Found the staff at the workshop to be really helpful and upfront. They gave me useful information and the quoted price for the job was near bang on. Overall felt really good about the whole experience. Cheers.
