Jo Muir, founder of fig and honey, celebrates mindful living and slow-baking through her creations. A great deal of care and consideration goes into ethically sourcing ingredients. Jo uses free range eggs and sources local produce as much as possible. fig and honey baked goods are made by hand from start to finish; even the conserves and syrups that accompany the cakes are made from scratch.
fig and honey specialises in creating unique flavour combinations that enhance and celebrate natural ingredients. All Jo’s baked creations are made with the nourishing wholefoods of nature, including fresh local produce, organic NZ flour, local free range eggs and freshly ground spices. They are a delight for all the senses, and encourage people to take time to stop and share a special celebration.
