Prepare to be wowed by light displays mounted among a one klm trail. This has become a Hawke's Bay holiday tradition for families and groups.
Fiesta of Lights started in 1998 as a family festival to welcome the year 2000 in a safe and welcoming place in Hastings, Hawke's Bay.
Locals give ideas for fun and quirky light displays they would like to see during the Christmas holiday season. Artists turn these ideas into light displays. Some displays are interactive and others are animated to music. There are jumping deer, leaping dolphins, tail wagging cows and lots of quirky charactors.
The season runs fron Saturday 16 December to Sunday 6 January 2018.. Gates open 9pm to 11pm nightly including Christmas Day and New Year's Day..
On New Year's eve gates open at 8.30pm and features family entertainment and an early bird fireworks display at 9.45pm to welcome the new year. We close at 11pm.
