It was great round trip experience, lady tour bus driver was awesomely good value, very knowledgeable!
Well organized and comfortable. Pay for overnight parking during check in and then go back to your car to place the slip.
Considering the ferry crosses some of the most treacherous waters in the world I felt quite at ease. The skipper clearly very experienced at what he does and a massive well done to the lovely crew who were very caring and tending to people who felt unwell.nWhat a great bunch, thank you so much for the journey to the island and back!nThe lady at the counter was also super nice and helpful thank you
Nice, quick service . Great staff at check in and on the ferry
It's ridiculously expensive for just 1h crossing. For the same price you can cross with your car from north to south island or vice versa. For this price, at least some coffee or tea at the terminal should be provided.nParking in downtown Auckland is even less expensive than RealNZ prices at the terminal.nAgain, it shows how big companies are only there to rip you off for bigger profits..
