During our tour to New Zealand, my wife and I had the chance to visit the famous Fergburger in Queenstown — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! From the very first bite, I could tell this wasn’t just any burger. The patty was juicy and flavorful, the bun was fresh and perfectly toasted, and the overall size and taste were just unbeatable.nnThe place was buzzing with energy, and despite the crowd, the service was quick and friendly. It’s rare to find a burger that’s both massive and genuinely delicious in every layer. Fergburger definitely gave us a food memory we’ll never forget. A must-visit spot if you’re in Queenstown!
I came here because of reviews and wow it is very delicious. The bun is soft like it is what I like and the meat is good taste and good quality actually. Big queue but not long for waiting : the staff is friendly. First you queue to order and pay then you get receipt with your Order Number. After that you keep your eyes on the screen for your number. They have table for eat at shop but not many.
26/06/2025nnIf you haven’t had many Western-style burgers before, this place might wow you — the burgers are big, packed with ingredients, and taste decent. But coming here after living in Australia for two years, we found it to be just an average burger experience.nnWe tried the Ferg Deluxe, fries, and a flat white. The burger was definitely large, but so are most burgers we had in Australia — and some of those came with huge portions of fries at a lower price. The fries here weren’t freshly fried, so it’s hard to call them top-tier.nnAs for the service, people often say the staff are incredibly friendly — and perhaps they’re referring to the team at the pick-up counter. The cashier who took our order was noticeably colder by comparison.nnOverall, it’s not a bad place — the burger is satisfying enough — but it didn’t live up to the hype for us, especially considering the price. If you’ve already had great burgers elsewhere, this might feel a little underwhelming.
Very tasty burgers. Taking the order can take a little time because of the line, but it's not too long. Once they take your order, they prepare it very fast. You can eat inside if you're lucky to find a table, or take it to go. Both options are great
The burgers were insanely good. The burger buns were toasted, soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside.nAioli sauce is a must to go with their fries.nWe had it twice. The queue is always long but the line moves fast.nWaiting time is not long either.nOnly thing is they could have more tables.nBut highly recommended to try when you visit queenstown.
