Felicity was such an absolute pleasure, she was down to earth and so easy to work with. She really went the extra mile on the day with understanding our needs and when we needed a break! and even stayed an extra unorganised 3 hours when we realised we hadn't booked her for long enough for what we wanted to achieve, 5 stars 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!
