Love federation, have always gotten jackets from them since the quality is great. Sizing and fit can be tricky so I like going in store. The last two times I’ve made the trip out the store has been closed on a Tuesday and Thursday. Make sure you check in to see if the store is actually open.

I love this brand I pretty much own everything. Quick and fast delivery and clothes are true to size. I love that they put the size the model is wearing as it's really helpful. I ordered a top and it sold out in my size but they quickly messaged me and sent out another size. Amazing customer service and the clothing is amazing quality. I've never had a issue with any of the clothes.

Federation always has fresh, bright and practical clothes. Though the sizing can be a but random as a large chested woman I still love the kiwi flair to their designs. This order was the first time I've never been able to fit one of their designs but regardless, it won't stop me buying and supporting Federation. Customer service is always great, friendly and problems are fixed quick as.

I just love shopping at Federation. The quality of the clothing is second to none. Love the designs and that they have inclusive sizing. I had been wanting the Escape pants for so long, I finally bought a pair and oh my days, the comfort factor is next level!

Online orders for in-store collection takes a week when the website says 4 hours. Other than that it's a niche brand many young people would enjoy donning around NZ.

Hi. I live rural and therefore all my shopping is contracted online. Most retailers have moved with the times and established great practices, therefore easy to trade with. Unfortunately Federation still needs some fine tuning. Refunds are a long drawn out procedure, goods laying around their end are refunded at snail pace.
