I ordered a BA Dining Experience online - money taken and confirmed. Then got an email saying that it would not be delivered as promised that Friday. Poor customer service. I asked to cancel my subscription and they said it would be hard to do so but when I said I just wanted a refund that was agreed.
Food that arrived was nice. The customer service following has been appalling. Promised remedies have had to be chased up and some still un-fulfilled, questions are ignored and staff become rude in emails. I have enjoyed the meals since, but the customer service is just so poor I have to cancel the subscription.
Great food, full of flavour, delicious & great service too. Easy to follow recipes. Lots of choice especially for vegans and vegetarians. Can't recommend enough!
Seriously Yummy food. Box looked great, ingredients were packaged neatly and recipe cards were straightforward to follow. Overall AMAZING experience.
Didn't know about recipe boxes until a friend of mine recommended this to me a few months ago and I've been coming back since! The food is AMAZING!!! And I love the fact that their menu changes weekly, because there's always something new to try!
