It’s made with love, care and passion by cold pressing handpicked Italian variety Favolosa olives from our small olive grove in Redwood Valley, Nelson, New Zealand.

Favoloso in Italian means "wonderful, great, too good to be true, fabulous". And this rich and pure oil with fragrant green apple, grassy aromas and flavours is indeed fabulous.

FAV is the perfect dressing for all your salads and sauces. Drizzle FAV on vegetables, meats, fish, pasta, bread and soups to give an extra flavour dimension and wow factor.
