For the third time my parcel was delivered by ARAMEX: 1st parcel: they manage to change the box and it does not seem the original box anymore as the box are made out of 2 different kind of box item came from US 2nd parcel: parcel came from Wellington and the item seal is broken. 3rd parcel: plastic is broken and you can see and touch the item inside. I believe customs will not do this! Last area where items go is in their depot! This is not good at all!! Where can I report this company?
I purchased a camera online and the retailer shipped it using Aramax giving Aramax my Queenstown address. After two weeks and two attempts by the retailer to ship it, the item was not delivered. I emailed Aramax twice - no reply and phoned the Central Otago office three times. The phone was never answered. I left two messages with my contact number but the calls were never returned. The photo below sums it all up. The item was in the courier vehicle before 7am in Queenstown and yet two business days later it was not delivered. This was described by the retailer as “fast delivery”!! I wonder what happens when it is normal delivery. I guess the non-existent communication by Aramax with multiple opportunities to do so, tells me this is a company to avoid and big time so!!
I have been using Aramex for 7+ years for my small business. The courier driver Julius in my area has been so efficient and responsible. I have received a lot of positive feedbacks from my customers for their fast delivery and speedy shipping service. My products are fragile goods but no goods had been damaged in transit not even one. I would highly recommend Aramex to all and also a big thank you to the courier gem in my Flat Bush Auckland area Julius.
We have been in business with Aramex for few years. The drivers are always good. Our current pickup driver Scott is very nice and patient. We should be nice to those hard working guys. They started working early and finish late. Very stressful and harsh job. Please give more patient and less complain to them. Most of them are very very good.
Very poor service as the courier left a package at my address which was for a different person at a completely different address. I contacted customer service to advise they will need to get the package so it can be delivered to the correct address. The customer service is obviously offshore as staff could not understand what I was saying. The package has still not been collected so it can be delivered to the correct address. A second call was made and the contact staff really struggle with NZ English. They seem to think I should deliver it for them , this isn't going to happen. Get the courier to pick it up and deliver it to the address on the package. This is basic stuff. address, It would be great if the courier had looked at the package before just leaving it at the wrong address. The correct address is 5 km away
Never had a problem with them. The more I compare with other courier company, the more I would recommend Aramex. Just recently had a parcel coming from Napier, it did not even take 24h to receive the parcel. Depart Napier Monday 3pm, received Tuesday 1pm. And package was in excellent condition.
If I could choose no stars I would. One of THE WORST COURIER COMPANIES TO DEAL WITH! EVERY SINGLE TIME they stuff up a delivery to me. Delays, no clear communication as to what is going on. No clear updates on the inadequate tracking status. Their customer support is none existent and atrocious at best. No one knows what is going on. The courier drivers consistently deliver somewhere else other than the correct address. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. WORSE THAN 0 OUT OF FIVE STARS.
My parcel was delayed several days. Called the office to change delivery for depot collection since, after all the delays, I was going to be away from home for the new ETA. They told me it was not a problem. 4 days later I get a notification that the parcel has been delivered and left on the front door, in plain view. It was gone when I managed to reach my neighbour and asked him to collect it. When I called to enquire about why it had been delivered anyway, they told me that depot collection can't be guaranteed for some reason, which was never mentioned when the request was made. It should be a straightforward service but they are desperately useless at providing it.
I would give no stars if possible. Not once had a good experience, I now avoid purchasing from stores who use Aramex to deliver. Unfortunately this time I had no choice. Waited at home all day yesterday as parcel was ‘out for delivery’ since 506am. All day, no phone calls and no doorbell. When I checked the tracking later, it had been updated at 115pm to “held in problem freight”. When I rang to see what that meant/why it hadn’t been delivered I was told the driver called my phone but I didn’t answer so was a failed delivery. I disputed this, they kept talking over me. So fed up with this courier company.
We’ve used Aramex via Courier It for our business courier for 18 months now. Very happy with the service, especially our driver Achal who is friendly, prompt and very reliable. Yes some parcels get delayed but in the literally thousands of glass bottles weve sent hardly ever has something been damaged and 95% of our parcels are always delivered on time.
