Worst courier company ever, I dread getting emails from oversea companies when receiving parcels that use FedEx because then it automatically comes through Aramex. The same as everyone, parcels sit for weeks at the depot with no way to contact the phone must be disconnected due to the amount of calls they will be getting from customers wondering where their items are. After paying for signed delivery my parcels worth over $1000 in clothing got left outside and stolen, the company I ordered through were very easy to deal with and gave me a refund but Aramex wouldn't take any accountability and sent a photo of my packages by my gate stating they delivered it even though it had to be signed for BY ME GO FIGURE. If I could give them a -5 star rating I would WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
If you can’t deliver stop accepting parcels. My parcel got stuck in another town that is one hour away from my address. It got stuck there for over a month and after trying to get through to them for weeks via telephone i had to go there myself to pick it up. After i drove an hour due to this company’s incompetence i got at the office and had to wait for 45 minutes till someone showed up to the office to tell me they were closing. After that the guy told me that he would look for it “tomorrow”. Also, when at the post office, I called their phone number and it didn’t even ring. That’s the worst costumer service I have ever had. From now on I’ll put instructions on my orders to not be delivered through this company.
Have been waiting weeks for a parcel being delivered WITHIN New Zealand. Have submitted an enquiry through the website & also emailed but no follow up on either end for days now. Tried to call but no one picked up so had to leave a voice msg. Tracking shows my parcel arrived at the Queenstown depot where I am based & then was sent back to the Cromwell depot? Why?! Absolutely useless. At this rate I’m just praying my parcel arrives at all.
Such a poor service. A small parcel from Dunedin to Queenstown has taken 19days and counting. Missed Xmas and the tracking service has the parcel onboard the couriers vehicle from the 21st Dec and it hasn't been delivered a week later. No contact to explain or apologise. Miserable service.
Worst courier company. Don't answer the phone. Rung me to tell me to pick up my parcel 1 hour away because it was too big. When I pushed them and told them I paid $250 to have it delivered, they said they could get Mainfreight to deliver it...Yea well that is what I paid for.
Tracking information has shown out for delivery multiple times with nothing received then it changes back to something else. Had no response on emails to Aramex or parcel enquiries. Parcel has been In queenstown for ages but have no idea where it actually is. Looking at the reviews doesn't fill me with high hopes I will get the present from the UK.
Worst courier services ever. Waited at home all day today for a delivery after seeing on tracking it was out for delivery and reassured by Aramax on the phone at the Cromwell branch that it would be delivered. 8pm and no delivery. This delay has no cost me significant time and money and I’m disgusted at the service of this ‘courier’ company. I wish companies would stop using them as they are notoriously unreliable and the worst customer service
Unfortunately very poor form! I don't like leaving negative reviews But this Companies customer service is non existent Ordered caravan parts from Invercargil to come to Queenstown Dec 22 - Jan 19th still haven’t arrived & literally NO response to ALL enquires - minus 5 stars
It should be illegal to offer such terrible customer service. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls. Is anyone actually at this depot? Can someone in Central Otago go over to this site and make sure everyone's okay? Are they asleep? Pick up the phone & do something about your horrendous customer service situation.
Appalling company - never answer their phones, do not respond to emails yet their voicemail - which it clicks to when they don't pick-up the call says to email them - WHY?! When they don't bother to reply?! As others have said, if I could leave a minus star, I would, and if they can't deliver parcels, they should stop accepting them! They're bad enough at courier pick-ups let alone as courier delivery - the item I'm waiting for has been sat in their Cromwell depot 45 mins away from me for a week, yet I've seen the Aramex vans in town, so they do have staff and are travelling to Queenstown.. BUYERS & SELLERS BEWARE - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - shoddy service, shocking delays, no excuse and absolutely no need :
