I am a student currently studying for an Advanced Personal Training Certificate with Fit College NZ (REPS).
My name is Matt. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition and study personal training with Fit College www.fitcollege.co.nz. I have always enjoyed sports, while the last couple of years got into the fitness training and nutrition. I have now developed a real passion for it as it has helped with my sports in other areas. I would love to help others with it so we can all be great.
