We have a holiday house in the Marlborough Sounds and have been battling on data for years. My dad signed us up with Farmside and he says “fantastic customer service, answered within 5 minutes, personalised service, and solved our issues within 2 minutes - happy days”. Very good and fast internet too! Thank you
We've been with Farmside for 7 years and can't fault them. No long waits and we talk to real people who know what they're talking about.
Speed is made for web browsing which in 2023 isn't saying much. Only 1 person can stream movies. For the price it's ridiculous.
Terrible service. We were told that it would work at our location, so we signed up. It only got enough signal to load a webpage once in a blue moon, so we tried to cancel. Then we were told we had to pay a disconnection fee of $245! Bit of a scam - steer clear of Farmside. Now we are with Starlink and are very pleased.
Was struggling to get internet through Vodafone as they only offered capped data. Was referred to Farmside and the process to switch was so easy. Amazing customer service provided by the staff member I spoke to who covered everything we needed to in one call. Very happy customer
Would not recommend to anyone will run good some days then on other days it runs terrible not worth the $160 a month that I pay. When I find a better provider I will be changing
We were blindsided by our Fibre service provider that chorus would take up to 6 weeks to connect Fibre at our new build and were facing the possibility of going without internet for upto 6 weeks - thanks to farmside that's not the case. With their refurbished modem and ultra cheap wireless broadband offer, we are sorted until chorus gets their act together! Go farmside
We live in Otaua in the Hokianga and we are every happy with our Farmside account as we get instant wifi anywhere in our house. We know our service is excellent and would recomment them to anyone.
We're moving houses and after being Vodafone customers for years, yesterday we were told to call "the rural team" to arrange reliable connection. Farmside turned out to be the only positive - and above and beyond - phone customer service experience we had in a while. We were amazed at the service received and the knowledge of the consultant. Cheerful, efficient, fun, done. It was so refreshing talking to someone who knew what we were talking about. We were really impressed. Today we got a text message saying our modem is on its way with a tracking number. Still waiting for the contract yet confident it'll arrive soon enough. We haven't even started using the service but so far it looks really promising.
Couldn't be happier to have joined Farmside. We've only just joined but have been so impressed with the prompt friendly service. They're very helpful and easy to get hold of. Joining was really a smooth process.
