Farmers Tauranga Development

It has a great selection. But had to wait for ages to get served. And the item i bought. Which clearly had the special on. They said no. So i had to go and argue my point. They did eventually put in the advertised price. But sales lady got a bit upset. So i wasn't impressed.

We have experience mediocre customer service as team member not happy with us as we just pick up the Birthday gift as Farmers Club Member ‍‍

Sales assistant walked away when I had my purchase sitting on counter? Did not get the vibe they were interested. Hence I do not shop at Farmers !

After an accident I had found it difficult to purchase Lingerie. Had a patient and wonderful assistant who helped me. Farmers Tauriko was a light filled, comprehensive store well laid out with good stocks with easy parking Am a long term customer and its always pleasure to shop at Farmers anywhere.

Rude, patronising, toffee nosed staff at Farmers Tauriko, have had to return a beautiful item bought due to it being faulty within a week and was made to feel as if the damage was by my cause?!? Being a nationwide department store with a fairly good name surely unnecessary assumptions over a $20 exchange is rather unwarranted.

Service is non existent and after waiting to talk to someone I was advised all larger fitting clothes were removed and taken to bayfair shops. That's helpful. Guess our family won't shop here any more and we all are not large fitting, that's good for business..... Average spend at farmers per year 5K.....gone...

Lovely new store, very well presented. Lots of stock variety to choose from. Helpful, informative staff who knew their products. P.S - amazing Christmas stock!
