Visiting several farmers from Auckland to Wellington over the holiday season, Shaydee from farmers coastlands was so helpful, welcoming, friendly and professional, I took my elderly mother and uncle shopping and Shaydee was so patient and kind, we went back to the store three days later and Shaydee remembered us and took the time to come over and help us further. this young lady is a customer service superstar and from our family to you, thank you Shaydee for all your help!! Farmers is lucky to have you on their team.
Thanks ERLE for your amazing customer service, NOT. Please work on being more nice to your customers when they’re only looking for help and assistance. You were rude and walked off when I needed help. You could’ve said no nicely and continued to try and help me since YOU served me. Thanks to the lady who did sort of try and help out the situation but this store and their “customer service” is a joke, as I’ve heard from other people so try and avoid spending your money here. Will not be coming back that’s for sure. Thanks Erle for making me realise this on my first shopping experience here : I’d rather drive to Porirua Farmers as their workers are far more polite and accommodating to their customers.
Cute little department store. Pretty quiet as this is a retiree area....can buy clothes, undies, Sox, makeup, creams and perfumes etc
