The spare part needed arrived promptly. I was able to book the vehicle in early with a phone call. Easily done. When I brought the vehicle in for the repair I was told there was only one mechanic on site. Considering that, the repair was completed in reasonable time.

Right from arrival I was directed nicely to the right spot & upon entry I was pointed to the right person. Peter was very helpful, told me approx how long it would take and gave me a coffee voucher for the cafe. It's probably "normal" service for you guys, but I was impressed and I definitely will come back for my WOF & probably services too. It would awesome to only travel to Tauranga instead of taking a day off work & heading over to Hamilton. Keep up the great service, I will definitely recommend your team to friends & family. I appreciated the wash & vacuum too. Thanks so much

Had our vehicle serviced recently. It always comes back cleaned and you get a complimentary coffee when you drop your vehicle off. Obviously it is built in to the service price but still better than some dealers. Staff are friendly and never had an issue with the service etc
Want less for more? People who cares only about your money? Got some money to waste? If so, you have your guys here at farmers auto village!Bought a golden Barina 2013 model from here at 12000 with already. 116k mileage. Car was sold to me by Pete who at that time was very accommodating. However, I found car to have had a lot of issues down the line most importantly a transmission issue. When I called Phil to try to work something out within budget, he simply said 'poor you. What do you mean by 'affoedaabl there is nothing else you can do but trade in the car and f the cheapest we have here are 15k above.'
