Pies tasted good, but we're a bit underbaked and doughy. The sausage rolls are huge. The service was ok, but we felt rushed to put our order in. I didn't care for the coffee, but it's fine for a break on a long drive to refresh.
This wee shop is just delightful. The most wonderful food ,always innovating new ideas ,staff are just the happiest hard working most friendly girls .Can't say enough .Fantastic .
Chicken and mushroom pie - super tasty and big chunks of chicken! Washed down with a equally tasty and girthy lollycake!nNo photos because was inhaled immediately.nWill be back to taste other pies and other girthy slices.

After a desperate hunt for chips in Ranfurly, our last hope was the Fantail Kitchen and Larder. To our dismay, 1 pottle was left in the warmer. Never fear, the staff decided to make 2 fresh ones off the frier, along with a cherry smile and a touch of 50's flavour. A must see!
