Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before the renting of any garment with Fancy Pants.
With renting of any garment through Fancy Pants, you automatically agree and are bound to these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


The rental is for the period of time that has been agreed upon between the customer and Fancy Pants. If you fail to return the items on time, further fees will be charged.
If the garment is not sent or dropped off within the next working day, a late fee of $30.00 will be charged to you.
If the garment still hasn’t arrived 3 working days after your booking, you will be charged a further 100% of the rental fee.

If the garment fails to return, or is returned in an unusable condition due to stains, cigarette marks or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the customer is then liable for the 80% dress replacement fee of the retail value of the rented garment.
This replacement fee is to be determined by Fancy Pants and may be altered by us at any point.

If there is an alcohol, fake tan, make up stains and any other extremely dirty markings, there may be an extra dry-cleaning charge when a garment is returned in an unacceptable state, therefore your $25.00 bond will not be refunded.
This is at Fancy Pant’s discretion.

Once Fancy Pants dispatches the garment, there will be no refund given for the rental.

If you decide to cancel your rental, please contact Fancy Pants directly, as a credit may be issued at Fancy Pants discretion.
