A Korean restaurant with reasonable price and typically Korean dishes. All the side dishes are good and free refill. It has buffet option for dinner. Will definitely try it one day.
I love that they have vegetarian options for the hot plate dishes. Their tofu with spicy Korean sauce special request was delicious. I've had bibimbap from here too and the portions are good.Food: 4/5
Always our go to korean restaurant. Food is worth the price and staffs are friendly however, this place needs some daily cleaning. I notice that they are not maintaining the cleanliness of the place. Exhaust and other places is kinda dusty.
Ordered 3 mains for 5 people. They only gave us 1 set of side dishes but when asked for a refill the lady said that we have to pay $1 for each side dish. Told her we should not have to since we are intitled to have 3 sets of side dishes for the 3 mains but because there's 5 people sharing the dishes we have to pay $1 for each side. I understand if it's our second time asking for a refill but it's due to fact that there's 5 people?!. Used to come here often with my family and this is the first time we have to pay extra for the first refill just because we only ordered 3 mains for 5 people. I'm disappointed. Will not come here again
My husband and I came here with our 3x children for a rare special night out. On arrival, my shoes stuck to the floor. It was so sticky everywhere near the till n buffet, possibly from the grease hardened, but that was incredibly disturbing just for cleanliness. The service was very poor, sadly. We didn't know how the buffet worked and didn't get instructions on what to do, so we just winged it. Afterwards, at Kmart, I had such a terrible stomach ache, knowing full well it was the food. BBQ buffet, you cook yourself. I'm a mum, so I cooked and separated foods as best as I could not to cross contaminate n cooked as i normally do. I wouldn't recommend buffet for this reason because I can't blame their food because I cooked it, but my tummy was very bad afterward. I found it was unsanitary and unsafe with eating on a small table with 5 people with food, 2xcook tops and all the side dishes. The waiter also didn't take our raw food plates off the table so we started piling them on a table behind us, it wasn't busy either but a big pile of plates accumulated without them removing them till the end of the night. My children also started to help with cleaning and removing because there were too many things on our small table. Overall I think the cleanliness of the restaurant definitely should be a priority. The buffet raw meats were not covered or monitored so who knows what was lurking, I would consider returning to trial the menu because I really love korean food, but I wouldn't be returning for the buffet. I apologise for the review, but I do hope that this is taken into consideration for further improvement. Kid-friendliness: Not great, alcohol being served with a rowdy bunch of males and we had to request a table furthurest away.
It was good experience, I've been there first time, but I feel this place is going to become one of my favourites for sure! The beef soup was served with 6 small Korean sides and rice, there were enough quantity of meat in the meal We were quite in a rush and got very fast and friendly service I'm obviously!!!! coming back to try different types of bulgogi and soups. If you like Asian cuisine and Korean taste I highly recommend to visit them, if the price seems a bit high, you anyway will be satisfied with the quality and taste Hope my next visit only will reinforce my opinion Updated: Our second dinner was quite worse, Sides were served by filled with very small quantities, just 1 teaspoon on each plates, so I asked to add them, the waiter wasn't happy with that the main meal Beef bulgogi wasn't bad, but average, beef meat with green, not Chinese cabbage, in Sweet sesame oil Also I've noticed spider webs on the ceiling and dust, Feel a bit disappointed, especially comparing with our first visit and another waiter
Friday night afterwork meal. Had the Pork Bulgogi and the Rice Cake dish. Came with lots of little side to enjoy meal with. Bulgogi was delicious a a little bit sweet for my taste. The rice cakes had a lovely texture but the sauce is quite sweet. All round great meal for a reasonable price. Will be going back again.Food: 4/5
I never gave a 1 star review until now. Terrible service - denied food because apparently we have to pay first. We have eaten here before but bought a mate with us and he was denied food and service just cause he needed to pay first. The service person gave an appalling attitude towards the situation. The service people were oblivious of what they have done. Not recommended if you want good service.
Wow! First time trying Korean BBQ and it as amazing! The food was sooooo super tasty!!! I love how the kept coming and topping up the dishes. Friendly staff. I still can’t get over how delicious the food was. Will definitely go back there again!!!
By far the best Korean restaurant in Hamilton. I have tried their menu and BBQ buffet and both have exceeded my expectations. Food is authentic and very delicious. Service is excellent. Staff are very friendly and always welcoming. My family and I love dining here and highly recommend to others!
