Shout out to: Marco Garcia manager and Tyler Jared. Marco himself, he works anything in his power to make the customer happy. Jared is our sales rep. These two guys works together as a team. This is our 2nd time purchasing a truck in this place. We liked their service dept as well, and that goes with their accounting dept. She is very informative on every piece of docs that needed to be signed. This place and employees, deserves *****.
We had a great experience with Marcos and their team at Fairview ford of San Bernardino. We got a good deal on the car we purchased, they worked with me and completed the deal over the phone. Best part was they delivered the new car and paperwork to our house! Tyler delivered the vehicle and took our trade in, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional! You guys are awesome! Steve and Christian went above and beyond for us. Our circumstances made it very difficult to buy a car I.E. taking care of elderly grandma with multiple health issues, having kids-one being a toddler, while also working, and dealing with home issues we were dreading getting out of our lease and into a car we love…. But honestly these guys made it quick, straight forward and convenient. We’ve gone through at least over a dozen car buying experiences this one was hands down the best. We couldn’t get there easily from orange with kids and a grandma, they came to us… the entire deal from A to Z was 30 minutes our end I’m sure at lease six times as long their end to work the magic for us get the number we wanted. They beat the guys at auto nations deal, didn’t give us the back and forth game, service was better and time frame was speedy. Overall an experience we wouldn’t mind doing again which says a lot for a car buying process. Honest guys not your typical car salesman. Thanks for making hubby and grandma happy campers!

This Ford dealership has been one of the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Tyler was a super star helping me get the best deal for me and worked with me on down payment and monthly payment for the car that I wanted and never tried to sell me something else best sales man ever i will be doing any and all future auto business I have with him and would extremely recommend anyone looking into buying a Ford to talk with Tyler. This deal was done all over the phone simple and straight constant communication and great people it made the two hour drive to this dealership more then worth it and I’m glad I give them my business because they earned it and deserve it. Ford dealerships have bad reputation and I understood why when I contacted different ones looking for the car I wanted but I can honestly say that Fairview Ford is a Gem that actually cares about the customers wants and needs ,definitely would be willing to drive hours to this dealership and would recommend that anyone looking into a car make the drive here too you will not regret it i sure don’t. Had a wonderful experience working with Fairview Ford. Tyler went above and beyond to get me a truck. Been working with him for almost 6 months. He constantly kept in touch to let me know the current inventory. It paid off as I was finally able to get the truck I wanted. I’m writing my review on the great experience I had at Fairview Ford! I cannot say thank you enough to David Calero! If it wasn’t for him I would not be driving my dream truck! For the last two months he went above and beyond for me and each week kept in touch and shared with me trucks he found and kept everything with my budget in mind. Not only did David end up contacting me as soon as this beautiful 2022 F150 XLT came in but he did everything in his power to make sure it would be mine! David not only earned a lifetime client but a friend in me! Thank you David and Fairview Ford!
Ryan was the best! He made us feel comfortable that we can trust Fairview Ford because he's such a chill guy. I normally don't trust salesmen and was dreading looking for a car but he made it simple and quick. I felt very comfortable through the whole experience.
