Story

Fairlie Bakehouse where we believe fresh is best! We make everything on site fresh everyday and pride ourselves in sourcing local produce where ever possible . We are passionate about creating intersting pie flavours as well as including the classics! As for sweets our apple crumble, raspberry cheesecake and cream buns are local favourites. We always have a gluten free option available and are open to orders. So pop in and visit us we are open 7 days a week.

Was a cheeky wee number. Quite enjoyed the lamb pie, was bit perplexed when I got to the mashed potato but it complimented the peas and lamb very well. The cronut wasn't half bad either. Will definitely be back for more.
Outstanding pork belly and Apple pie. Best hot chocolate and asked for it as hot as they could get. Not disappointed at all. Will be back
Hands down the best pie I've ever had! Large chunks of tender steak in a rich sauce. Big queues in peak holiday season but well worth the wait. #pieheaven
Just delish! Had the salmon and bacon pie on recommendation and highly recommend it! My pooch wanted a sausage roll but unfortunately they were sol out so I gifted her some of my pie crust. She loved it too! Will always stop here.
VERY good pies. Don’t be tempted by mince or steak, just get the pork belly and salmon pies! They are unique and much better. Pricing is a little bit steep for a pie, but then again, they are top notch pies. We drove to Fairlie from Lake Tekapo solely for these pies, and we were so glad we did.
Excellent pies. Busy little bakery - obviously well liked. Nice little area outside to eat. Good value
