Great fields and extremely well kept facility

We live in the neighborhood and enjoy coming here to work out and swim. The kids participate in the leagues that seem to be run well.

Great place for youth basketball. Places to sit as well

If you’re looking for a gym that has lots of space, this isn’t the place for you. Stretch before you come because there isn’t any place for it here. The equipment is placed extremely close together and close to the walls. No one will call you back if you are trying to sort things out with the HOA. Don’t come between the hours of 4-8 if you don’t want to be around a ton of high school students and other people.

Advise to avoid the FAC pool area like the plague. The crowd of teenagers mainly the boys are loud, rude, profane, and tend to run the pool. It's not safe nor a suitable environment for children. Most of the lifeguards make little to no attempt to manage the situation. It appears they are just doing whatever their friends ask them to. I know of three incidences in one day between the teenagers and parents at the pool with their kids. The police were very nearly called. The managers of the FAC and lifeguard supervisors either cant or wont fix the problem to make the pool safe for everyone. It's embarrassing. The FAC should be the best managed pool in the subdivision. Instead, it is the worst.

Wonderful place for youth development and for family time! Concessions aren't crazy expensive and they have many different activities and classes and a great big pool for all ages!

I love the atmosphere of this place. I spend most of my time in the gym. All the machines are in good condition, and they have lots of equipment.

Our kids love FAC and so do we. Amazing Stagg and very clean and organized sports events
