Great, polite service from the staff and framer, both masked. Meticulous measuring for new frames and they were able to replace broken glass in an existing frame. Really happy and we will be back to get photo prints done soon.

3.5 stars/5. They need to improve on customer service. A simple 'hello' is all that's needed to start the conversation. There were several young staff when I went in and no one offered to help. It puts you off shopping. Good range of frames though.
