I recently had a full pamper package at Face & Body and felt so relaxed afterwards! After my facial, my skin was glowing for days as well. I will definitely be back for more treatments and highly recommend this place whether you’re getting a massage, facial, spray tan or pedicure, it’s all fabulous!

Booked the Pamper Time package & boy did Sue make sure I was pampered! Great 1hr full body massage, followed by a 1hr facial. During which I nearly fell asleep on a number of occasions, that's how relaxing it got. As a non-Aucklander I found it a little difficult to find due to the roadworks that are currently blocking Titirangi Rd, however, they won't last forever & it should not hold back anyone from booking. If I find myself back Westside at some future date, I won't hesitate to set another appointment.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a gift voucher from overseas and they helped organise flowers too then hand delivered to the birthday girl. Can't thank them enough.
Awful experience. A total waste of my money. Everyone came across nice enough but the hair colour I was given was not at all what I asked for, I asked for a pastel pink rose gold and ended up with super vibrant pink hair with purple streaks not once did I ask for purple Would not recommend at all.
