Story

Hi Every1
I am 28 and a mum of two awesome very active little boys.
I am currently studying towards a certificate in personal training through Fit College NZ.
I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and even more so now that I have two very active boys. I need to be fit and healthy to keep up with them as they learn and grow. I want to be a good role model for my boys so they lead a fit and healthy lifestyle also.
I know 1st hand how it can be rather difficult to be physically active after you have had a baby so my goal once I have qualified as a personal trainer is to help mums on their health and fitness journey, to shift that baby weight and be full of energy to run around with their little ones.

Mission

To become a qualified Personal Trainer so I can help others get fit and healthy, in particular mums.
