If your into material and making then this hidden gem is the place for you. On top of that they do alterations as well. But it's wall to wall material. Is a must visit for makers and tailors/seamstresses alike. Check opening times before going.

Well what can I say!!! The two ladies are fabulous. I was on hoilday when my cat transport bag strap broke and I went to see if they would be able to fix it by putting a quick stitch over the broken strap, which they were more than happy to help me.
I only ordered my fabric on Friday and today, Monday, I have received. Many thanks! When all the world is going to pot because of Covid you are keeping one quilter vaery happy. A big thanks to Royal Mail too! Elaine

Had numerous alterations to tops, dresses etc, fantasic job done. They were very busy but will go out of their way to accommodate your needs if possible. Lovely people, first class.
Aladdin's cave of beautiful fabrics and accessories at a reasonable price. Also the staff are very helpful and friendly
Had some alterations to curtains done here, very good job. Also had cushion covers made. Worth a visit, some lovely handmade aprons and lots of craft items.
Great service , excellent work at a most reasonable price. Fully respect the honesty if an alteration cannot be done or indeed costings would be higher than original price of article.
