I had spent over 300€ on highlights and now I can't do anything!  The salon manager told me it was my fault because I didn't have to let her colleague do that! But where are we?? What a lack of professionalism! No refund possible, that's nonsense!  When we commit professional misconduct, we compensate the customers! 300€ is a big sum for some and seeing your locks go up in smoke is heartbreaking!  I absolutely do not recommend!
