Came along and tried a session with a friend.  Best group exercise class I've done and immediately joined up.   The trainers are always so helpful and always there to give you that extra push.  The others in the class are also so encouraging - great place and feel part of it.

Best Gym! Absolutely love the team, the classes and the people.  Life changing in all areas... fitness , nutrition and mental health.  Everyone is so friendly and the owners are the best. Such a great community!
