This is the first gym I've ever been to. It's been fantastic as a beginner who just needs to be told what to do. Eddie and his team are so kind and encouraging. I couldn't imagine not going now!
I love the encouragement and enthusiasm brought every morning. I quit my gym to join to be surrounded by people at 5:00am each Monday and I do not regret a single moment. The staff members are amazing and incredibly friendly.
Such a great atmosphere and group of people. Trainers a friendly, knowledgable and know how to get the best out of you. Only wish I had joined sooner
