F45 was a really good experience for me. I have a funny hip, but the team is supportive and are happy to give alternative exercises to avoid additional stressors. The weights classes are by far my favourite. I can feel a difference in my body and energy levels in just one week. The staff are friendly and are crazy good with names too!

Have tried a few different F45 gyms in central Auckland, this is my favourite by far! It is a little bigger than most and the trainers are the best.
