Best HIIT in town, they present you a funny head coach. He is going to entertain you around while you workout. But he is not funny when he pushes you hard. You feel like you are going to choke him, but after workout, you will thank him for his support and dry humour. Positive vibes around, great community to be around.
Thank you to the awesome team at F45 Invercargill. I was visiting from Wellington and got a casual weekly pass. The Team were super friendly to deal with via email and were more than accommodating during my stay. I loved the classes, the variety of exercises and the friendly people in the class. Thanks F45 Invercargill!
Every workout is never exactly the same, hard out intensity depending on how much you push yourself you can also make it super easy. workout covers resistance, cardio and a mix of both in some days.
I joined in November 2020 and have never looked back. Joining has been the best decision I have ever made for my mental and physical health!!
I hope you like burpees cause you'll be doing plenty of them!
