I was someone who absolutely hated stepping foot inside a gym and thought working out was an absolute chore. I am so happy to have found F45 and even happier to be a member of the F45 Hillsborough family. The trainers are absolutely amazing and make an effort to get to know everyone’s names. They’re knowledgeable, provide so many words of encouragement and constantly motivate me. They’re also continuously checking form and giving modifications where necessary, i.e. pushing me to work harder, which I really appreciate! The workouts are so much fun, they play great music, and every day is different, so it never gets boring. F45 is addictive – I look forward to every class. I’m the fittest I’ve ever been in my life and I absolutely LOVE working out now. I highly recommend F45 Hillsborough. :

F45 HILSBOROUGH is absolutely awesome! Unfortunately due to work I haven’t been able to attend classes lately however when I was attending it was absolutely awesome. The couches there are just so super supportive and cater to all members and their different goals / abilities. This studio brings everyone such a happy and safe environment to be around which i really appreciate. Can’t wait to get back into it hopefully sooner rather than later!!
Hands down the most welcoming inclusive gym I've ever attended. Warm and welcoming with excellent trainers. Amazing work out but everything can and will be tailored to suit your requirements. Lots of options for times morning and afternoons.
Started off my fitness journey with F45 Hillsborough 7 months ago and happy to be a part of the team. Friendly and experienced trainers are the main highlight of the studio. My daily pill of motivation!!!!
Attended my first class on Tuesday and although it looked very overwhelming at first once we actually started the class Ended up being quite fun and really hard but our trainers were so supportive I felt quite proud of myself afterwards Thankyou!
Been a member since they’ve opened and it’s been an awesome journey so far Owners, trainers and members are really supportive and friendly. Always good vibes!
