I visited Wellington on holiday and, being a Melbourne F45 addict, decided to keep exercising by attending classes at F45 Courtenay Place. What a fantastic gym! The instructors were superb and made me feel at home. They managed to interact with everyone in each class, offering corrections and encouragement. The participants were friendly and welcoming, I really didn't want to go back to Melbourne. Thank-you so very much for looking after me!
Travelled here from England recently and decided to try this studio, great gym awesome coaches, Met a lovely coach by the name of Maddy. She’s a great asset and definitely need a pay rise. Someone give her a pay rise before we offer her a job through another gym.

I had the chance to train at this gym while traveling for work a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed the training and the gym ambience. The trainers are amazing. Have a go if you are living/working around the area!
Attended whilst in Wellington on holiday. The staff at F45 Courtney Place were very accommodating and friendly. Trainer Maddy learnt my name and would come and see how I was going frequently, setting me targets to achieve on each station. Thank you for having me!

We are on a road trip through NZ and Ryan and his team were super flexible and let us join for a session. Thx to the trainers especially Maddie for making sure our movements were correct.

Great place to train. Friendly staff and members. Very like circuit training but the classes are different every day! Don't feel it's not for you. There's people of every age and fitness level. Nobody judges you. No mirrors. Go at your own pace or go full out. The challenges are good to get you focused. The heart rate monitors are great for seeing how you're doing on the day and how you track over time. You can try for free or there's always a cheap offer just before the challenge start for you to try for a week or two.
