I've been going to this store for the last 4-5 years. I've always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly to me & the prices are very fair. It's always a pleasure for me to visit this store hence why I continue to do so.

Friendly people, as bad as it is to admit they even learn your name after a certain amount of time. Always happy to go here.

Absolutely disgusting service. Bought a controller was told I can return it if it decant work, when I returned it because itthere didn't work they took the controller back, took my money and kicked me out of the shop. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible customers service and didn't contact me prior to selling my property. No headsup on notifying me on expiry date.. and usless communication.. do not shop there or pawn ur products as there is no loyaty nor is there any respect compelte scheme rip off service. There bussiness should be shut down.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude, unprofessional, scruffy and the bogan staff member smoking right by the entrance just topped it all off. Happy that I never have to go back and i would suggest and will be suggesting to everyone to avoid this store.

Highly recommended as they will buy all your stolen goods no questions asked.

worst customer service ever! didn't communicate about a trade over trademe completed just before COVID19 lockdown and then placed bad feedback on my trademe account. called them and they are very aggressive on the phone.
