Ignored by staff until I approached them, less than helpful answer questions, giving me incomplete and incorrect answers. I imagine if you are female YMMV but this was my experience. It is far more worth it to spend 20 mins travelling to bayfair 2degrees for superior service, stock and interaction

I recently popped into 2degrees and was served by Karan. I had a couple of longstanding issues with my 2degrees cellphone, which no one could seem to fix for me. Karan had the issues resolved in a jiffy. This must be the most friendly and effective 2degrees in all my dealings with the company. I can't speak highly enough of Karan and service I received at his 2degrees store.

Best place. Highly recommended. Friendly Team with knowledge. I have been advised honestly which I liked the most.

worst customer service possible seems to be this stores motto. wish i had never stepped into this store told i needed top of line phone pressure sales ignorant staff .2 Degrees this store is damaging your reputation. one star is by far more than deserved would rate at negative 5 stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

Terrible customer service. They never answer their store phone. When I make the time to go in store, they don’t have any information. I suggested maybe I need to cancel my plan and move to another Telecom provider and they were more than happy to let me do that, I’ve been with 2 Degrees for years. They simply do not care about their customers, don’t care about my loyalty or anything. I’m not a person to make a scene so I definitely don’t think I was rude. Not happy, will definitely consider taking my business elsewhere.

Definitely the best experience hassle free moving to 2 Degrees. More affordable than the other companies but it does not lack in quality. Ash George is the best, he is very knowledgeable and it will explain everything to you how it works and he will deal with any situations the may arise. Highly recommend!
