I rented a Toyota Corolla hatchback for a total of 5 days. The car was super clean, had low mileage and was a very smooth drive. It came with a built in GPS so no extra cost to hire a GPS system. Most importantly the two people serving me to pick up the car and the lady that served me dropping off the car ALL had very good service and were really polite. I highly recommend EZI.
Excellent service and easy to use. Booked a Mitsubishi Outlander. The car was clean and felt new. It comes with a reversing camera as well and is very spacious, suitable for at least 3 - 4 more people. The lady at the counter was very friendly. While the GPS system was not available. WiFi and Google Maps on the phone works too but the signal might get lost in more remote places Didn't have any issues with the car throughout the rental period of around 9 days. Ezi-Rental would check in once in a while via email if you need any assistance as well. Did have a minor issue which is car related rather than rental agency related with figuring out how to open the boot : sometimes it wouldn't open but this was at the last day. There is one petrol station near the airport but I went to Mosgiel for petrol. The agency has a slight discount with Mobil petrol stations. The petrol cost around 200 NZD for 9 days for a trip from Dunedin - Queenstown - Wanaka - Mount Cook - Dunedin.
Great company, easy to deal with & very accommodating of our slight variances to the original booking. Staff at Queenstown airport office went out of their way to help which was appreciated. Have used this company a few times and the cars have always been in really great condition the latest rental car we had was basically brand new!. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommend Ezi Car Rentals!
Fantastic service from the moment I made the booking online, to picking the vehicle up and dropping it off. 1000% +++++ better than other car hire companies I have used overseas and domestically. Priced very well with insurance that doesn't cripple you. Well done Ezi car rentals
We had excellent service on collection. The car was spotless and perfect for our needs. No dramas or hidden costs, all round a great experience. Would definitely use Ezi Car Rentals again. Highly recommended.
My experience with Ezi Car Rental was extremely positive. The people at the counter were very supportive, friendly and patient. The car was as booked- beautiful to drive, clean and fuel friendly. One of my new favourite car rental company for the future.
We picked up and dropped off a car at Dunedin airport. Even though there was 4 or so parties before is the pick was all sorted in 10 mins. Everything was super quick and easy. Staff were fantastic and even came to greet us in the car park when we returned the car. The car was virtually new and very clean. Exceeded our expectations. We would look at Ezi first for our next car rental very pleased.
Couldn't have been any easier. Staff at pick up was lovely. Hired a Mitsubishi Outlander which happened to be a 2021 car. Didn't expect such a late model, felt very flash. Outstanding to drive and had all the mod cons.
Not a ideal car rental company to go for if you travel from Dunedin. There are no Gas stations nearby, we have to drive 20-30mins to fill in the gas. The gas station next to the airport was a self service gas station, which will only offer 95 fuel and there was no one to support. when we returned the car it was couple of litres less we explained this to the service team person Jessica and she do not want to understand. Customer services teams are just like robots. They charged us for full tank $96. I have asked them to charge $20/$30 but they don’t want to listen. I was a customer with them from 2017 not a good experience. Totally unfair.
Booked x2 cars ×1 SUV and x2 sedans. They didn't have the sedans and upgraded to 3 SUVs at sedan prices. Clean, new, strong cars. Great going. Will definitely call again.
