They do a good job but it takes forever to have it done. I have been there twice now and the 1st time it took 3 months to get the car back and 2nd time it took 2 months. The second repair was a scrape to the bumper.
Took three weeks​ longer than told, upon pick up I saw the handle on tailgate had scratched the paint underneath because it was reassembled incorrectly. Repair on front guard had a visible line where paint hadn't been blended well. Really nice people but I was unhappy with the results and time it took to complete.
I have put off writing this negative review for several months, however my vehicle has never been the same since taking it to Exclusive Panel for a simple rear bumper replacement. The initial work was apparently done by a junior staff member, resulting in my new bumper being installed with large, uneven gaps in the panel and the inner wheel guards fitted incorrectly. These people did not know or find out how to remove parking sensors and simply cut my wiring. When I took them to task over this they rewired the system but everywhere they accessed now rattles or has screws falling out or creaks. If you too have a European car, I recommend you steer well clear of this business.
I have had a couple of my cars repaired by Exclusive Panel & Paint, the quality of work was to a high standard, and completed in a timely manner, the staff are helpful and friendly and the courtesy car made my life a lot easier
After having my company car rear ended on the motorway some months ago, Exclusive were quick to quote and have the car back on the road in no time! Service with a smile!
