Evo Cycles Wellington

One of four large separate cycle shops in Lower Hutt. But prices need to be more competitive among those shops as most parts are double the online prices for the same item. Evo had good service the day I visited which was appreciated.

Ordered 2 Silverback bikes on the Pre sale, I must say best value for money out there on these bikes. We received them a week ahead of time, great customer service. Really happy and will be back, thanks Evo cycles Lower Hutt.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help me find the perfect bike. Evo had lots of options, too, and walked me through all the little things I needed to know as someone starting off with an e-bike.

Great service from the staff. Checked out there pricing for servicing. Pretty good. Better spending $$$$ and a heap of time doing it myself.

Good selection of bikes and the guys are really helpful, but let down by their warehouse and dispatch process. Says in stock but still 9 days and not even dispatched! Poor effort and need to sharpen up their workflow...I will now have one disappointed child on their birthday...

Very good customer service and received the bike earlier than expected date.
