I purchased the Gold Service with a new bike a couple of years ago, and have found it to be fantastic value. When my dropper seat felt a bit sticky after one of the service sessions, the technician took it back immediately, took the whole thing apart and fixed the problem. Great, responsive service.
Purchased a Gold service package with my new bike. Well worth the small cost. The staff do a thorough job and leave it cleaner than it will ever be before the next service. Fixed a few things that I didn't know about. A+++
Amazing service before and during our bike purchase. When we came to collect it, the seat was fitted, and we were given lots of advice and tips. Something we had not experienced when we had previously purchased a bike from a different bigger store.
I cannot speak more highly of these guys . Ordered a couple of new bikes via phone and they delivered to the Nelson store. We received great service by phone , but then the service we received instore by Connor was awesome.!Nothing was a problem , he gave us good advice , good recommendations ,listened and was super friendly . Apart from the bikes we also purchased a few extras and these were fitted to the bike no problem. Would happily recommend these guys . Awesome service and we love our new Giant and Liv bikes .
I went in this morning with a small issue with my dropper seat cable. I asked at the counter if someone could have a look and give me advice. They said they were very busy and wouldn't be able to do any work for quite some time. The mechanic came and had a look anyway. He ended up asking me to bring my bike in, and he worked on it for 30 minutes and sorted the issue. They were all friendly and super accommodating. Based on today's experience, I would highly recommend their services, and I will certainly be bringing my bike here for all future servicing.
EVO cycles in nelson are great. The staff are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will take the time to match the product to the person, for the best match to their ability and needs. Their advice is sound, and relatable to adults, children and teenagers. Highly recommend this cycle store.

Evo Cycles Nelson are a friendly and really helpful team. Recently purchased a new Giant Trance X and kitted it out with some accessories purchased after some good tips from the team. Would happily recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new mtb.
