Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience from the team at Evo! I bought the Giant Roam E+ and am really happy with both the bike and the customer service. Ben really took his time to make sure I was well informed before riding off home on my new bike, it was really helpful to have him get me up to speed on the ins and outs on owning an eBike, 10/10 customer service. As I was riding it home, I did not have a bag to take the charger, so Jonathan went the extra mile and delivered the charger/box to my home which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Euan was also very helpful with my first visit to Evo and helped me narrow down what I wanted out of an e-bike.
I bought my bike last year and now bike rack from Evo Kapiti with Roman’s help. I found Roman very pleasant to deal with each time. He gave great advice and insight into what would work better for me specifically. He took the time to discuss things with me to find out exactly what my needs were and to find the best deal within my budget. I will definitely consult Roman for future purchases. Great customer service
I bought my mountain bike, and some bike accessories from there. They have a good range of bikes, and accessories. Their prices are reasonable compared to other bike shops in the town. I also serviced my bike there, and had no issues at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. See Ben for your mountain bike questions and needs. He has a lot of experience and knowledge to share.
I can always rely on the team at Evo Cycles Kapiti for all my cycling needs. They are technical people committed to their customers, friendly and always ready to provide a solution. The service centre is also top-notch. They keep me posted on the progress, and details are logged with recommendations. I purchased the 3-year gold service plan. They look after my bike while I enjoy the ride.
Went to the Kapiti store to enquire about a new seat for my new bike after experiencing some tailbone pain after riding. Staff selected two seats for me to try and I am very happy with the one I selected. They were able to put the new seat on for me, and also very kindly suggested I bring in the new stand I had purchased separately, and put it on for me while I waited! The new stand addition was free of charge, although I was more than happy to pay for the service. They are awesome!
I've been waiting for the Large 2023 Trek Roscoe Sand for ages. Popped into see the team in Taupo that knew one had just arrived in Dunedin and very quickly it was mine - and delivered to me in Wellington. Great advice, great pricing and the bike is everything as good as the team promised it would be - awesome, friendly and passionate team - cheers
The staff were lovely and friendly. He had amazing product knowledge. Gave us space to have a think about which helmet we were after. Definitely recommend you Evo cycles Kapiti.
The only drawback of dealing with Evo Cycles is their popularity. They are often very busy. We both have bikes from there that have given us excellent reliability so we keep going back.
Huge thanks to Ben and Roman at EvoKapiti. Absolutely stellar service and help with many, many questions. Extremely happy with our bikes, one we rolled off the shop floor, and one they built up for us in next to no time over the Christmas break, both customised out with new pedals etc. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. This is where you want to go if you want bikes.
Knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! I couldn't recommend Ben and Trevor enough, awesome customer service and went the extra mile to get my bike fixed quickly and effectively.
