Building and Project Management
This service has proven highly effective for those customers that cannot make regular site visits or live remotely from the build site. Everett Renovations and Hire maintain a low overhead and as such, pass our cost savings onto our clients. We offer a very cost effective and high quality service from concept through to completion.
Maintenance and Grounds keeping
We offer a full maintenance and grounds keeping service. Holiday houses, batches, second homes, rental properties or if you are going away for an extended period, we will look after and maintain your grounds and repair any damage that occurs during your absence. We always send photos of any repairs needed and act only on your approval. We can remove your fallen tree or split it for your own use. We also hire out a log splitter at $40 / day.

We hold an extensive array of tools and equipment for hire:

2500 psi pressure washers.
