Great experience with fantastic service.nI’d booked two recliner seats for my daughter and I days in advance. The day of the movie my son was also with us and asked if I could purchase another ticket at the counter as the event app showed the seat next to us was reserved for wheel chair customers.nI was prepared to have to change our seats to allow all three of us to sit together.nnManager and the customer service staff were most accommodating and enable us to remain in our pre booked seating by allowing us to have the reserved seat as no other bookings had requested that accessible seat.nn10/10 service.
I had the pleasure of returning to The Crossing Event Cinema today after being away from big screens for close to a couple of years, and I must say, the experience was really enjoyable!nnMy family and I were greeted with warm smiles by the staff, who were incredibly attentive and welcoming. It’s clear that the cinema has undergone some major improvements since I was last here—perhaps a change in management? Whatever the reason, the results are clearly visible. The entire complex felt fresher, with a noticeable upgrade in cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, which are often neglected in cinemas in my experience.nnThe food and beverages were great. The wedges, in particular, were a big hit!nnIt’s truly refreshing to see a cinema improving its standards rather than letting them slip. A huge well-done to the staff and management—you’ve certainly earned a loyal customer! With school holidays here, we’ll definitely be back soon.
overall its a good cinema with modern facilities but it seems to be pretty understaffed recently. i wanted to get popcorn but had to wait ages because there was only one person at the counter. also just putting it out there, no one was checking id for r rated movies soooooo....
Wow, went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Mission Impossible and Transformers Rise of the Beasts. What a place to watch these movies. The chairs were very comfortable and the food always a winner with me and the whānau. Well done, thoroughly enjoyed this place.
