This lady at the cinema an employee was incredibly rude she was disrespectful and ruined the whole experience she fully ruined it. She was incredibly disrespectful and was targeting vulnerable children into looking through their bags as Shes invading personal space and looking through bags without permissio. From years off going here it was nice but this lady ruined the experience fully she told us what seats to sit in without us having our input. My friend have also had a similar experience and this lady needs to be removed as an employee or she needs to not look through personal items.
Has generally been a good venue in the past but my wife had a really unpleasant experience there yesterday. Staff member stormed across the room demanding my wife and daughter take their drinks outside. If that’s policy, okay. A simple, polite request in a respectful tone would have been fine.nI know it’s hard to find good, customer focused staff, but we won’t be attending any more films at that venue. Business owners should ask themselves what the real cost of hiring someone with poor people skills is and adjust training if they can’t get staff with suitable qualities.
This is a excellent local Cinema with wide comfortable seats and has a Half price Tuesday which is $12.00 value for money especially if you are a pensioner. This gives you the opportunity to see the latest movies and by signing up to their membes list which lets you see up coming events by email. They have a range of sweet treats and even serve alcoholic drinks too.
Wow what an unpleasant experience I witnessed today. The condescending entitled balding man needs a crash course in Customer Service. The way he spoke to two young kids today was totally disgusting. If I was their parents, I would be laying a formal complaint. Do better.
My first time there, absolutely awesome.I loved the seating, fantastic sounds.Warm, comfortable.The staff are awesome.
