Eurospec Motor Vehicle Repairs

brought my car to Lee and Josh for a comprehensive carbon clean and injector service. It was a big job and they handled it well with good communications and time management. Have recommended to friends and family. Also the review below about being charged for loan car and having an empty tank is absolute bullpucky. I was not charged extra for the loan car and it had plenty of fuel in the tank.

Friendly staff, however did not resolve the intermittent starting issue and replaced the ignition barrel when it was not the cause. Upon arrival I specifically mentioned that I didn’t believe it was the ignition barrel due to the diagnosis I had done. I was reassured that these cars have this fault all the time and it would fix the issue this concerned me as there was no real diagnosis done at this point. I Picked the car up 1-2 days later, I was told it was fixed and paid the bill. Found out the issue was not fixed when trying to start the car before leaving. I spoke to the mechanic and he said it was working fine when they tried to start it and he didn’t know what the issue was and were unable to fix it. Very dissatisfied. I didn’t want to have to spend the time fixing that’s that I took it to a professional to fix it. I took the car, did some more diagnosis and replaced the 460 relay which controls the ignition. It was a $30 second hand part which fixed the issue and I paid eurospec $600 for the ignition barrel to be replaced when it was not required. TL;DR - improper diagnosis from eurospec, paid $600 for part and labour that didn’t need replacing. Fixed it myself for $30.

Amazing customer service from both Lee and Josh! It’s always hard to find a mechanic that you can trust but I have found it with Eurospec. If you have a European car make sure you take here first. They can fix almost anything and don’t cost you an arm and a leg!Services: Oil change

I have serviced my car twice with this business. On both occasions I have paid for a hire car and on both occasions they have been completely empty. On both occasions I have also not bought the car back empty. When I spoke about the issue with one of the workers, he responded by saying "we give all our hire cars on empty, just put the amount of petrol you need in it. I tell all customers who have a problem that there is a hire car service next door that you can pay 45 dollars a day for." I would have been better off getting the hire car next door as I had put 35 dollars petrol and 25 dollars to hire the car. Very rude response. I rather pay more at giltrap or tristram who will provided me with a full hire car, coupled with good customer service and reliability, instead of deal with poor customer service. I'm paying for a service, I should not have to deal with a disrespectful worker.

Lee and the team at Eurospec are consistently professional and reliable. I have had two different cars serviced and repaired here and wouldn't take a European car anywhere else!
