Did you ask Google to delete my bad review of my worse experience ever buying a car from you Andrew??? I will wait when I have spare time to seat down and re write that so every one in NZ can open their eyes with people like you and your private mechanic that passes fake warranty too. He is under investigation now from VTNZ by the way and Im waiting to hear from Google how come they deleted my review!
Very please with the service i received at Euroland. You can tell that Andrew and his team are passionate about their cars and made sure i drove away with a car that was perfect for me. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back when i need an upgrade :
The car had an extra 3500km on clock than what was advertised. The radiator, suspension, control arms, tire, door lock and air bag each had expensive undisclosed issues conflicting with the mechanical report provided by Euroland; which presented the car as being in good condition. They advertised the car to look like a million dollars and to drive like a dream but this certainly was not the case at the time. Additionally, the car is falling apart: the ceiling is falling down, the tail light fell off on the road and the mirror cover also came off. The two front grills were not even in the car at pickup. They told me this happened a few days prior to pick up, yet I found an earlier report of the car from March stating that they were damaged back then. The Oil leak was FAR bigger than they made out, my mechanic referring to it as a MAJOR oil leak. Euroland's mechanical report said it was not requiring attention. They ignore emails & hang up on the phone and so I ended up at the disputes tribunal & won there. Hundreds were awarded to me to cover the costs of repair. Would NOT recommend Euroland to anyone.They are the epitome of the dodgy car dealer and depend on consumers being unaware of their rights per CGA 1993, or to be without the perseverance to receive the vehicle at the advertised standard.
Great selection of quality cars and amazing service. Got myself a nice little Fiat from these guys and when I’m next due for an upgrade ill definitely be going back!
